R. KEVIN Brown, Jr.
Kevin is the President of Praedium Real Estate Services. He and his wife, Diane, founded it in 1995. Along with being the broker of record, Kevin is also licensed in Pennsylvania as an attorney and state certified general real estate appraiser.
An Pittsburgh area resident since 1974, Kevin is a 1982 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
He is a 1985 graduate of The Duquesne University School of Law. Kevin is a member of the Realtors of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP), having served as President in 2011. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, having served on its’ Board of Directors for a number of years.
Kevin is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Diane Brown
Diane is vice president of Praedium Real Estate Services. She co founded it in 1995 with her husband, Kevin. Not only has Diane been engaged in her duties at Praedium, she has also been engaged in the hospitality/food service industry since her time as a student at the University of Maine. She has been a manager at 2 Pittsburgh area Olive Garden restaurants has been the baker for the North Allegheny School District. She is currently employed by Verland.
Trevor Brown
Trevor is the son and first born child of Kevin and Diane Brown. Trevor is a 2015 graduate of North Allegheny High School. Within a year of graduation, Trevor earned his real estate license. During high school, he was active in football, band, lacrosse and track. Trevor is a 2020 graduate the Corbett School of Business at University of Maine. His degree is a BS in business and marketing.
