Client Success Study: Repeat Client ‘burbs back to City Livin’

Objective: Helps previous clients move back to the City.

We had first successfully represented Todd and Amy as first time home buyers. They purchased a home in the suburbs of Metro Pittsburgh.  However, after having lived there for 8+ years, they realized they missed living in the city. The goal was to help them find a home in the city of Pittsburgh while also helping them find a listing agency to successfully sell the suburban home.

Blue House in Squirrel HillClient Testimonial

“My wife and I hired Kevin as our agent when we bought our first house in McCandless in 2000, and again when we moved to Squirrel Hill in 2009.  We could not be happier with the experience and will definitely use him if we move again.  His guidance for us as first time home buyers was absolutely invaluable, and looking back I really have to applaud his patience.  We spent 5 months looking at more houses than I can count, but Kevin never pressured us and was always available and happy to take us to see more places.

We were much more decisive the second time around (we looked at 4 houses in one week), and in that case he really helped us with the negotiation process – we got the house we wanted at a lower price that I would have imagined possible. He also used his legal experience ( without charging any extra fees) to research and resolve a complicated right-of-way issue with our driveway (shared with multiple neighbors), which could have easily become a nightmare had it not been discovered before the sale.

In addition to his own expertise, he has a stable of recommendations for everything from mortgage brokers to home inspectors to contractors( he even helped us find an agent to sell out first house). These are all people Kevin has personal experience with and everyone he has recommended has been excellent to work with. Finally, and probably most importantly, as an exclusive buyers’ agent, you never have to wonder who he is working for – we really feel like we can trust Kevin.”
