When I finally got myself
into a financial position to purchase my first home, I knew I needed
guidance through the process. If you spend any time looking into
traditional residential real estate transactions, it's clear pretty
quickly that everyone has someone looking out for their interests
except you, the buyer. To me, that didn't seem to be a very smart way
to make the most important financial decision of my life.
The great thing about
working with Kevin was I didn't feel any pressure to pursue properties
I wasn't interested in or that were above my price range. The listings
I got were based on my criteria alone. I could drive around and check
out the lot and neighborhood on my schedule, and only follow up on
